Our four-course Gourmet Menu showcases our chef's creations, each course expertly paired with four wines featuring distinct aromatic profiles. These wines are crafted by Magali & Thibaut Decoster from the vineyards that surround you, offering an authentic taste of our estate.
The "Little Winemaker" menu (€15/person) is reserved for children aged 12 and under. Children over 12 can choose a dish from the à la carte menu or the "Atelier des Saveurs" menu (€45/person).

The Incomparable 2 properties, a two-estate experience including a private visit to Clos des Jacobins, a Grand Cru Classé, and Château de Candale. The experience continues with a tasting of three of our wines, including one Grand Cru Classé, followed by a lunch or dinner with food and wine pairings at our restaurant L’Atelier de Candale. The four-course gastronomic menu highlights our chef’s creations, each paired with four wines of distinct aromatic profiles, produced by Magali & Thibaut Decoster and crafted from the surrounding vineyards.

Morning visit: The experience begins at Clos des Jacobins with a guided tour of the estate, followed by a transfer to Château de Candale. You will then visit the château and enjoy a wine tasting, before concluding with a four-course food and wine pairing lunch at L’Atelier de Candale, located on the same estate as Château de Candale.

It continues with a visit to Château de Candale, located on the same site, followed by a wine tasting. The experience concludes with a transfer to Clos des Jacobins for a guided tour of the estate.
Transfers between the Clos des Jacobins and the Château de Candale can be made:
