From the vineyards to the cellars, from the restaurant to the guest rooms, they share a common ambition: to offer our visitors a unique and memorable experience, reflecting the exceptional terroirs of Saint-Émilion. The care, precision, and passion that drive our teams make each encounter a special moment, where high standards and elegance combine in harmony.
Technical team
Under the supervision of Mike, General and Technical Director, our teams work passionately every day to create our Grands Crus and Grands Crus Classés. Mike oversees both the vineyard and winery work, ensuring a perfect balance between vineyard care and winemaking. In the winery, Manon and Yohann carefully oversee each stage of winemaking. In the vineyard, Alice, Fatima, Camille, Patrick, Mohamed, and Gilbert cultivate our plots with respect and expertise as part of our Organic Agriculture certification. Finally, in logistics, Maxime carefully prepares your orders while participating in the group's digital communications.
Restoration Team
Our chef Renaud, assisted by Gaëtan, Patrick and Mourad, create refined cuisine, inspired by the seasons and designed to reveal the finesse of our Grands Crus and Grands Crus Classés. Each dish is the result of meticulous work, combining respect for the product and creativity. In the dining room, the experience is enhanced by the expertise of our sommelier Nicolas, accompanied by Sarah and Gurvan who passionately select the most appropriate pairings and ensure your greatest comfort. From the precision of the gestures in the kitchen to the art of service, the entire team shares the same requirement: to offer an exceptional gastronomic interlude, where indulgence and elegance combine naturally.
Wine Tourism Team
Led by Sophie and Abigaelle, our wine tourism team designs and orchestrates experiences that highlight the soul of our vineyards. Private tours, tasting workshops, and special encounters allow visitors to enter the intimacy of our Grands Crus and Grands Crus Classés. Each encounter is designed as a special moment, where history and education and flavors mingle. Guided by Sophie, the team designs experiences adapted to the sensitivity and curiosity of all, so that each encounter is unique. Passion and professionalism drive their approach, with the ambition of making each visit to the estate a memorable experience, deeply rooted in the art of living in Saint-Émilion.
Hospitality Team
LaïShe is responsible for organizing accommodations and events at the châteaux. Along with her team, she cultivates the art of hospitality with elegance and discretion. Every detail, from the preparation of the rooms to the care given to the ambiance of the premises, reflects a particular attention to the comfort and well-being of our guests. Thanks to their expertise and attentiveness, each stay becomes an intimate and unique experience, a true extension of the gentleness and elegance of our Grands Crus and Grands Crus Classés.
The châteaux of Vignobles Magali & Thibaut Decoster, their restaurant l'Atelier de Candale and their spectacular views offer turnkey spaces for your seminars or eventss private. Theïwill be able to welcome you and offer you tailor-made solutions that are highly appreciated by future brides and grooms or businesses.
Administrative Team
Anne is our administrative and accounting manager. She is assisted by Marjorie. Both of them master and perfectly orchestrate the organization of the various activities of Vignobles Magali & Thibaut Decoster. They therefore play a key role in the day-to-day management of the group.
Together, they ensure rigorous monitoring of invoicing, accounting management, the treatment phone calls and reception at the offices. Their organizational skills and responsiveness guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our services. both for the group's employees and for its customers and partners.
